Commercial Side Extension – Greenhill

New side extension with shop and flat above. We created this large commercial side extension to barkers the baker. A large retail shop at ground floor with disabled WC. Two flats one above the bakers and one above the new shop, each flat was kitted out with Howdens kitchens and new shower rooms. New Quickstep laminate flooring running through both. We also Re roofed bakers the bakers and laid a flat roof on the new extension covering in fibre glass. New windows to the old flat above the barkers bakers matching the new build, we then fully rendered the top half of both buildings in a white monocouche render.
